Today’s Easy Meals for the New Year recipe is brought to you by The Skinny Fork!  Healthified Crock Pot Beef and Broccoli cooks all day long to create a tender and tasty lightened up dish that will become another frequently planned meal in your family. This dish pairs nicely with a rice noodle or rice (white or brown!) and be sure to scoop up a little extra of the sauce mixture to pour over it. Top it with sesame seeds and chopped green onions!
